What cardio exercise can I do inside with no real equipment?

Well I live in Albany, New York and right now it's snowing and raining. So what cardio excercise can I do inside my house? The problem is that the extent of our home gym is two 5lb weights. Any ideas or suggestions would be very helpful thank you!

  2. push ups. running in place. jump rope. no rope? just jump
  3. sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks, walking in place while holding the two five pound weights, etc etc
  4. Buy some aerobic videos or DVDs or watch/record fitness shows that come on (cable) TV. I have always worked out at home, or outdoors (no gym) and have a large collection of workout videos of all types that I've collected over the years. Dancing is good also...put on some good music and dance around the house. Good luck!
  5. there are a lot..you could have aerobics or dancing... or one of those video tapes such as taebo....
  6. Hey there sis...I feel for you! I am in Syracuse right now and we are supposed to get 12-15 by Monday night. RIDICULOUS!!! Anyway...to answer your question: what you need to do is to increase your heart rate for 30 min. You can crank up the music and dance, pretend jump rope, shadow box, jumping jacks, burpees (jail exercises...you can look them up online), and...I think that is all I can think of right now. Have fun!
